HR Operations and Payroll Specialist
Job Description
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations and payroll processes at Evenup Law. This includes maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing support to the HR team. You will also be involved in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations, including attendance, leave, and performance management.
- Process payroll, including salary, allowances, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support to the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Conduct compensation reviews and promotions.
- Manage probation and offboarding processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR operations, payroll management, and attendance management.
- Experience with HR software and tools, such as payroll management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
