About the Role
As a CRM Executive at Excellance India Inc., you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction through effective campaign management and communication.
Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing customer data, creating personalized customer experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships through regular communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute customer-centric campaigns to drive sales, revenue, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell existing customers.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and pain points, informing data-driven decisions and campaign strategies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign execution and delivery.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles, including campaign management and customer engagement strategies.
