About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available as an Associate Data Analyst to be part of our expanding staff in Gurgaon.

This newer role is focused on transforming raw data into business insights by collecting and analysing, as well as reporting and visualising.

Responsibilities

• Clean up, collect and validate data from multiple sources to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your data.
• Examine data from business databases to find patterns, trends, and valuable information.
• Produce regular reports and interactive dashboards or presentations that are useful to management as well as other stakeholders.
• Help in the creation and maintenance of tools for business intelligence and data visualisation.
• Keep track of the key performance indicators (KPIs) and keep track of important business metrics.
• Collaborate with teams across functional lines to collect and complete the requirements for analytics and reporting.
• Analyse data ad hoc to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Maintain data integrity when recording analytical processes and reports.
• Recognise opportunities to improve processes and assist in efficiency-related initiatives.
• Stay current with the latest techniques, tools, and industry standardisation.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degrees in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Economics, Mathematical Sciences and Business Analytics or any other related subject.
• 0 to 1 years of practical experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, and related fields.
• Technical Skills:
• A solid understanding of concepts in data analysis and fundamental techniques for statistical analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis capabilities.
• Basic understanding of SQL to query and extract information.
• Experimentation with visualisation tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or similar programming languages for analytical purposes.
