About the Role
In this role, you will be working closely with founders to understand their business vision and goals, and provide strategic insights to improve business scalability. This involves analyzing business models, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and collaborating with founders to set up initial meetings for franchise expansion discussions. You will be the key point of contact for founders, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

- Connect with founders to understand their vision, product offerings, and business goals.
- Collaborate with founders to set up initial meetings for franchise expansion discussions.
- Provide strategic insights to improve business scalability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with founders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with business expansion.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis.
Skills & Qualifications
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to founders and other stakeholders.
- Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills to analyze business models and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide insights to improve business scalability.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with founders and other stakeholders.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Certifications: Certified Business Analyst (CBA) or Certified Management Consultant (CMC) certifications are a plus.
