About the Role
This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and sales for the company. You will be responsible for creating and managing content across various online platforms, including social media, email, and display advertising campaigns.
As a digital marketing specialist, you will work closely with internal teams to create landing pages, optimize user experience, and instrument conversion points to improve user funnels. You will also collaborate with agencies and vendor partners to evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership on their adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Manage and create content across various online platforms, including social media, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners to evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership on their adoption.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields.
- Experience with online community building.
- Data-driven & highly analytical.
- Proficiency with Social Media Analytics.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Webtrends, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, ATLAS, NetInsight, Omniture, Google Ads, SEM, and DART.
