About the Role
As a Financial Services Organization (FSO) - Chartered Accountant (CA) Freshers at EY, you will be responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients across various industries. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting research, analyzing financial data, and developing business strategies to meet client needs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide advisory services to clients.
- Develop and implement tax compliance strategies to ensure clients meet regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other materials to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide expert advice.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and proposals to meet client needs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and industry trends in the Financial Services Sector.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.
