Technical Trainer (Freshers & Immediate Joiners)

About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer role based in Jodhpur, suited for freshers and immediate joiners.
The Technical Trainer will deliver engaging training sessions on technical and job-preparation topics to student groups, following FACE Prep's curriculum and training standards.
Responsibilities
- Preparing lesson plans
- Conducting classroom and lab sessions
- Explaining technical concepts clearly
- Monitoring learner progress through assessments and feedback
- Customizing content to different learner levels
- Maintaining training records
- Collaborating with other trainers and coordinators to continuously improve training outcomes
What You'll Need
- Skills in Technical Training, Technical Trainers, and Training
- Skills in Training & Development to design, adapt, and improve training materials and methodologies
- Strong Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly, interact with learners, and provide constructive feedback
- Relevant technical knowledge in programming, software development, or IT fundamentals
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
