• Scalable Code Development:Write and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performing code and microservices solutions across the technology stack.

• Code Quality & Security:Ensure quality, performance, and security of code and developed solutions through best practices and automation.

• Code Reviews:Drive code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce best development practices across the team.

• Priority Management:Manage and triage competing priorities appropriately and provide effective status updates and issue escalations to leadership.

• Demo Content Ownership:Act as owner of software demo content and acceptances, ensuring stakeholder alignment on deliverables.

• Cross-Team Communication:Facilitate communication and problem-solving in large cross-group development efforts across multiple teams and business owners, including offshore vendors.
