About the Role

In this Product Management role at Finxera, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development and launch of new products, ensuring they meet business goals and customer needs. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams, gathering and analyzing market data, and making data-driven decisions to drive product growth. You'll be the voice of the customer, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall product experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
• Collaborate with development teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including development teams, sales, and marketing.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, informing product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor product performance, gathering and analyzing data to inform future product decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies and LeanAgile Development Methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Java, Angular, Node.js, React, and React Native.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions.
• Certifications in Product Management or related fields (e.g. Certified Product Manager (CPM)) a plus.
