AI Engineer

About the Role

As an AI Engineer at Flexton Inc, you'll be responsible for building and deploying AI-powered solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. Your primary focus will be on developing and integrating Large Language Model (LLM) agents, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven automation features. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to take solutions from prototype to production-grade, enterprise-scale deployments.

You'll have the opportunity to bridge traditional backend software engineering with modern GenAI/LLM systems, leveraging your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.

This role requires a strong foundation in software engineering, AI frameworks, and cloud computing, with a passion for innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM-powered agents, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven automation features using Java, Spring Boot, Python, and AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Spring AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take solutions from prototype to production-grade, enterprise-scale deployments.
• Develop and integrate AI features that are secure, observable, and scalable.
• Work with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS to deploy and manage AI-powered solutions.
• Design and implement data pipelines using SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code that meets enterprise standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software engineering, including Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, including deployment and management of AI-powered solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflow development.
• Experience using AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Spring AI to build AI agents.
• Strong coding skills in Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL/Databases.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or cloud computing.
