About the Role

FlytBase Labs is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team in Pune. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building target account lists, running AI-powered research workflows, and launching outbound campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Building target account lists across energy, mining, and critical infrastructure
  • Running AI-powered research workflows to map org charts, identify decision-makers, and understand business context
  • Crafting and launching outbound campaigns that combine automation with genuine personalization
  • Testing messaging angles, subject lines, and outreach sequences
  • Managing the full outbound stack
  • Booking qualified meetings with VP+ executives at Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing industrial operators
  • Building playbooks and systems that make outbound repeatable and scalable
  • Collaborating with AEs to refine ICPs and messaging based on what actually converts
