About the Role

As a Finance Executive at Founders Bridge, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless compliance with statutory regulations and maintaining accurate financial records. Your day-to-day tasks will involve preparing and reviewing various financial documents, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file MCA forms, including FiLLiP forms, director applications, incorporation documents, and other compliance filings.
• Track compliance deadlines, follow up with the MCA, and keep clients informed of filing progress.
• Review documents to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and compliance gaps before submission.
• Resolve MCA filing rejections by identifying issues, implementing corrections, and managing resubmissions.
• Coordinate with the sales team by providing filing updates, escalating client issues, and ensuring smooth handoffs.
• Identify process improvements to reduce filing time and error rates while contributing to internal compliance procedures.
