About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Delight Executive to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
This role is perfect for freshers or entry-level candidates who are enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
- To meet and discuss with Gynaecologists on latest stem cell development.
- To explore the possibilities of having hospital / clinic/ gynaecologist tie-ups.
- Generating leads through hospital/clinics.
- Giving presentation to the expecting parents.
- Ensuring to place the marketing material at the clinic.
- Conduct and participate in the hospital activities like ANC and Baby Shower.
