About the Role

As a GBS Digital Intern at Fresenius, you’ll dive into real business challenges across ServiceNow, SAP, BI, HR, or Cybersecurity. Your daily work will involve gathering requirements, building dashboards, automating workflows, and collaborating with global teams to deliver tangible value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify process gaps and propose automation or workflow improvements using ServiceNow or SAP tools.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to surface key performance indicators for stakeholders.
• Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases for enterprise solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives following Agile methodologies.
• Conduct data quality checks and support data cleansing initiatives for procurement or supply‑chain modules.
• Collaborate with the SOC team to monitor security alerts and generate basic threat reports.
• Prepare concise presentation decks for leadership showcases and innovation challenges.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Basic familiarity with SAP modules (MM/SD/PP) or ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or Excel advanced functions.
• Understanding of Agile principles and exposure to Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Hindi or other Indian languages a plus.
• Participation in hackathons, student clubs, or project work demonstrating initiative.
