About the Role
As a Sales Executive - IT Recruitment Solutions at Fusion IT, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT recruitment space. This involves building relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions using our SaaS platform.
Day-to-day, you will be engaging with clients, responding to their queries, and ensuring seamless execution of recruitment projects. You will also be working closely with our internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and continuous improvement of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT recruitment space.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
- Provide tailored solutions to clients using our SaaS platform, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment projects.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and continuous improvement of our offerings.
- Respond to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT recruitment or SaaS space.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using SaaS platforms and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and revenue growth goals.
- Basic knowledge of IT recruitment processes and procedures.
