About the Role

In this role, you will be working as a trainee in a dynamic retail environment, assisting customers with their queries and providing them with the best possible shopping experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and restocked. Additionally, you will be working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business Administration or a related field).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic computer skills, with experience in using retail software and systems (e.g. POS, inventory management).
• Familiarity with business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
