About the Role

Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Fluency in Telugu and English languages.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing and customer relationship management software.
