Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live technical interviews on Zoom, Google Meet, or the GeekTrust platform.
• Intervene or flag issues when AI hits an edge case or makes a mistake.
• Troubleshoot problems related to bot performance, timing, or user experience.
• Record and escalate any suspicious behavior or platform bugs.
• Provide quick, clear summaries after each session.
• Work closely with the AI team to suggest fixes, improvements, or new features.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and quick reflexes.
• Ability to follow structured SOPs and escalate issues clearly.
• Experience in proctoring, live support, tech interviews, or customer handling (bonus).
