About the Role

As a Management Trainee-Invoice To Cash at Genpact, you will be responsible for managing the entire invoice-to-cash process, ensuring timely and accurate payment from customers. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency. You will also be involved in dispute management and customer relationship management to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire invoice-to-cash process, from receipt of invoices to payment from customers.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the invoice-to-cash process.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve any disputes that may occur.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Provide regular updates to management on the status of the invoice-to-cash process.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in collections management, dispute management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with O2C domain and Purchase Order validation.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
