About the Role

As a Management Trainee in Record to Report at Genpact, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Day-to-day tasks will include data entry, reconciliations, and variance analysis using ERP systems like SAP, as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Perform data entry and maintenance of financial records using ERP systems like SAP.
  • Conduct reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements and best practices.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Record to Report experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • MS Excel skills.
