About the Role
As a Back Office Executive at Global Services, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, providing support to the team, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your primary focus will be on data entry, record-keeping, and communication with clients. You will work closely with the team to resolve queries and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and data.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating records and databases.
- Respond to client queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports and documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 environment, including night shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
