Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports using SQL, Google Sheets, and dashboards.
• Analyze large datasets to generate insights related to business and operational performance.
• Ensure high data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis for data issues.
• Own end-to-end delivery of analytics and reporting tasks.
• Manage SLAs and ensure on-time delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and business stakeholders.
• Handle requirement discussions, clarifications, and change requests.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts.
• Allocate work, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards.
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance support.
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth team operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive tasks using Python and SQL.
• Improve efficiency, turnaround time, and reporting reliability.
• Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs.

What You'll Need

• Strong SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions).
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
• Advanced Google Sheet skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
