About the Role
In this role as a Customer Associate, you will be working on an international voice process, handling customer queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be part of a dynamic team that operates in a 24/7 environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds, understand their concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. You will also be required to work in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to achieving team goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Operate in a 24/7 environment, working night shifts as required.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications.
- Degree in any field from a recognized university.
- 0-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and policies.
