About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at GNF INTERNATIONAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and posting job openings. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in the field of human resources and want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling interviews with candidates and coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Communicate with candidates via phone, email, or in-person to provide information about the recruitment process.
- Post job openings on various job boards and company websites to attract potential candidates.
- Use MS Office to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations related to recruitment.
- Assist in data entry and maintenance of candidate information in the company's database.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Conduct research to identify potential candidates and sources for recruitment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
