About the Role
As a Social Media & Customer Relations Executive at Goat Nutriment, you will be responsible for managing the company's social media presence, engaging with customers, and creating content that resonates with the target audience. Your primary goal will be to foster a positive brand image and build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Goat Nutriment's social media accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with the company's marketing strategy and goals.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is consistently met.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and social media posts.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement, reach, and other key performance indicators.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure that Goat Nutriment's social media presence remains competitive and effective.
- Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns to promote new products, services, and initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and customer relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Strong content creation skills, with the ability to develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with the company's marketing strategy and goals.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and track key performance indicators.
- Certification in social media marketing or a related field is a plus.
