About the Role
As an Executive-Procurement at Godrej Properties, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and implementing procurement strategies to meet business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives and reduce costs.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Implement Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate better prices.
- Develop and maintain procurement reports using Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement to continuously improve processes and reduce costs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Experience with Power BI and data analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of supplier management and compliance with company policies and regulations.
