Accounts Intern

About the Role

As an Accounts Intern at Goflo Pipes And Projects Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for assisting the accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing invoices, and performing data entry tasks. You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Perform data entry tasks, including entering transactions into the accounting system.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and preparing reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track financial data and trends.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues.
• Participate in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Undergraduate degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
