About the Role

In this role as a Customer Support Sales Executive at Goyal Agro Feed Industries, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional sales support to drive business growth. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales revenue. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding customer service while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales revenue and identify new business opportunities.

  • Provide product information and demonstrations to customers, and answer questions about products and services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Goyal Agro Feed Industries remains competitive in the market.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and stay informed about new products and services.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a sales or business-to-business (B2B) environment.
