About the Role
As an Hr Administrator at GP ECO SOLUTIONS INDIA LTD., you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Your primary focus will be on managing employee data, coordinating team activities, and maintaining effective communication with various departments. You will also be involved in asset management, vendor management, and other HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee data and maintain accurate records in HRMS.
- Coordinate team activities, meetings, and events to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assist in vendor management, including procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship maintenance.
- Develop and implement effective asset management strategies to optimize resource utilization.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee attendance, leaves, and other HR-related data.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and Google Sheets to manage employee data and perform administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
