About the Role
As a Telecaller and Sales professional at Grandeur Net, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and convincing them to purchase our products or services. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing clients.
Your day-to-day tasks will include making a set number of calls per day, handling objections and concerns, and following up with leads to close deals. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of your calls and interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a set number of outbound calls per day to potential customers to understand their needs and convince them to purchase our products or services.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing clients.
- Handle objections and concerns from potential customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Follow up with leads to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions, including notes and follow-up actions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Verbal communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues over the phone.
- Negotiation skills: ability to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers.
- Sales skills: ability to convince customers to purchase our products or services.
- Time management skills: ability to manage time effectively to meet sales targets and performance metrics.
- Computer knowledge: proficiency in using computer software and tools to manage sales data and records.
- Handling objections: ability to handle objections and concerns from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Follow-up skills: ability to follow up with leads to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Age: 18-30 years.
- Language: English and Hindi.
