About the Role

As a Finance Telecalling Intern at GREAMIO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for coordinating with branch teams to ensure timely payment updates. Your primary focus will be on following up with students for payments via phone calls, WhatsApp, and SMS, while maintaining accurate records of follow-ups in Excel/CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with branch teams for payment updates and resolve any discrepancies.
• Follow up with students for payments via phone calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
• Maintain accurate records of follow-ups in Excel/CRM.
• Provide excellent customer service to students and respond to their queries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Analyze data and identify trends to optimize follow-up strategies.
