Accounts Executive (Fresher)

About the Role

As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for performing bank reconciliation and maintaining cash records, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will work closely with the finance team to identify and resolve any discrepancies in financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
• Maintain cash records, including cash flow statements and balance sheets.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions, escalating issues to the finance team as needed.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with accounting software, such as Tally or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of taxation and financial regulations.
