Premium Support Engineer- Fortify

About the Role

As a Premium Support Engineer- Fortify, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to clients utilizing Fortify's software suite. This includes troubleshooting complex issues, resolving customer complaints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the development of new features and enhancements. You will work closely with the product development team to ensure that customer needs are met and product quality is maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide premium technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Fortify's software suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve product quality.
• Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements based on customer feedback.
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure customer needs are met.
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product releases, features, and enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Oracle DB, SQL Server, and PGSQL.
• Experience with network architecture, firewalls, and web servers.
• Proficiency in Fortify SCA, Fortify SSC, Fortify ScanCentral, and Fortify WebInspect.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in a technical support or related role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
