Data Analyst Fresher

About the Role

As a Data Analyst Fresher at HBSPL, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to help the company make informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.

Day-to-day, you will spend most of your time working with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to create interactive dashboards and reports, as well as using SQL to query and manipulate large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations using Power BI and Tableau to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Present findings and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Skills & Qualifications

• MS Excel: Proficient in using Excel for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• SQL: Knowledge of SQL syntax and ability to write complex queries.
• Power BI: Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Tableau: Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Data Visualization: Ability to create interactive and engaging visualizations to communicate insights.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data-related issues.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
