About the Role
This Customer Service Representative role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and provide support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of computer systems, and the ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand their concerns and provide solutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Provide product information and support to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with the company.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in computer operating systems and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
- Strong understanding of spoken English grammar rules and ability to communicate clearly over the phone/email/chat.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (non-BTech graduates are eligible).
- Recent pass-out (within 6 months of graduation).
