About the Role
As a Process Associate at HCLTech, you will be an integral part of the project management team, responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations and supporting the team in achieving their goals. Your primary focus will be on streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall productivity. You will work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project management team in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
- Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for process optimization
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency
- Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling, coordination, and communication
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process management
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Trello
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in process documentation
