About the Role

This Database Coordinator role involves managing and optimizing databases and CRM platforms to ensure accurate and well-structured data that fuels business growth. You'll work on building high-quality prospect lists, improving email deliverability, and maintaining compliance with data regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize databases and CRM platforms (HubSpot & Apollo)
• Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and strategic segmentation
• Build high-quality prospect lists for sales and marketing
• Improve email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Maintain compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM
• Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience building and managing high-value databases
• Strong CRM management skills (HubSpot & Apollo)
• Expertise in data hygiene and email deliverability
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
