About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to manufacturing clients, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services. You will also be involved in order processing, data management, and back office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and data in MIS and Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide seamless support.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Meet and exceed client satisfaction targets, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS systems.
- Customer Support and Client Handling experience (0-4 years).
- Knowledge of B2B coordination and data management principles.
