About the Role

As a Fresher Accountant at HCP Wellness Private Limited, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and preparing financial statements. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile financial statements with bank statements and other external records.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the finance team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
