About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to support partners and address their queries.
2. Guide partners on insurance products, processes, and company policies.
3. Resolve basic system, login, and policy-related issues.
4. Assist with policy renewals, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
6. Train and support CSC agents on insurance products, processes, and system usage.
7. Help partners navigate company systems, including logins, policy downloads, and related activities.
8. Drive business growth by sharing updates, providing guidance, and strengthening partner engagement.
9. Handle partner complaints professionally and ensure effective resolution.
10. Track renewal opportunities and support conversion improvement initiatives.
