HR Executive (Onsite at Kondapur)

About the Role

As an HR Executive at Headway Tek Inc, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, staffing, payroll management, and ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals. Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire top talent for various roles within the organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and other employee-related administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, grievance management, and employee relations.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Indian labour laws and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure HR processes are efficient and effective.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement employee engagement strategies that drive business results.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role or industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
