About the Role
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Healthy Wealthy Foods, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, developing targeted marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach new customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales plans, set sales targets, and track sales performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors to drive business growth and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales and marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales and marketing strategies.

- Strong Communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Customer Service skills: ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Sales skills: ability to develop and execute sales plans, set sales targets, and track sales performance.
- Training skills: ability to train and develop sales teams to achieve sales targets.
- Sales Management skills: ability to manage sales teams, set sales targets, and track sales performance.
- Experience in marketing: ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns to reach new customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment: ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools: ability to use tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software to manage sales and marketing tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
