About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Fresher (Tele caller) role based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to connect with potential candidates and clients.
• Sharing information about job opportunities and clarifying basic role requirements.
• Maintaining call logs and updating candidate records in the internal database.
• Following standard scripts and guidelines while communicating.
• Coordinating with the recruitment team, scheduling interviews, and providing timely follow-ups.

What You'll Need

• Strong verbal communication skills, clear articulation, and active listening abilities.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office, email, and data entry tools.
• Interpersonal skills such as patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle call volumes and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
