About the Role
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) for CASA Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new customers for Jana Small Finance Bank's core banking services. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies, and sales targets to achieve business objectives.
This role requires a strong understanding of customer relationship management, sales techniques, and marketing principles to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for Jana Small Finance Bank's core banking services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales growth and customer acquisition
- Lead generation through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and referrals
- Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling bank products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and sales techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of marketing principles and campaigns
- Ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
