About the Role

As a Developer at Hitachi Payment Services, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support the company's payment services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and collaborate with other developers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.

Day-to-day, you can expect to spend a significant amount of time writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Java, utilizing frameworks like Spring Boot and Angular to build scalable and maintainable applications. You will also be working with various databases, including SQL, and implementing security protocols using OAuth and JWT.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop software applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
• Implement REST APIs and integrate them with various databases, including SQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Work with other developers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions
• Implement security protocols using OAuth and JWT
• Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Java programming language and its ecosystem
• Experience with Spring Boot and Angular frameworks
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JPA, Hibernate, and SQL
• Understanding of security protocols, including OAuth and JWT
• Experience with Kafka messaging system
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 0-4 years of experience in software development
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
