Cost and Management Accountant CMA

About the Role

As a Cost and Management Accountant CMA at HITACHI VANTARA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data to identify areas of cost savings and implementing strategies to reduce costs without compromising business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and budgets. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies and initiatives
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial models and processes
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on cost reduction and process improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification in Cost Accounting or Management Accounting (CMA, CPA, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Excel, including advanced functions and formulas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
