About the Role
In this Customer Support role at Hucon Solutions India Pvt.Ltd., you'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their queries and issues via phone, email, or chat. You'll work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and escalate complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, building trust and loyalty through your interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions to their queries.
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Utilize knowledge management systems to access and apply relevant information to resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide informed support.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution (FCR), average handle time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Stay up-to-date with product updates, new features, and company announcements to provide accurate and informed support.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting performance metrics and handling high volumes of customer inquiries.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new products, services, and systems quickly.
