About the Role

As a fresher in this role, you will be working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for assisting the customer service team in handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service to clients. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the customer service team in handling customer queries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide top-notch customer service to clients, ensuring that all customer needs are met and exceeded.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that all customer needs are met and exceeded.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including their features and benefits.
• Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior team members for resolution.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (BBA, BSC, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Customer service experience (preferably in a call center or BPO environment)
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software applications and tools
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
