Account Executive - Malad - 25 K PM (Mumbai)

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payment processing. You will work closely with the finance team to identify areas for cost savings and implement budgeting strategies. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and communicate with clients regarding account balances and payment due dates.
• Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting strategies to ensure accurate financial planning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
• Identify areas for cost savings and implement cost-saving measures.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks or Xero.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
• Certifications in accounting or finance, such as CPA or CMA, a plus.
