About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the company, including revenue accounting, accounts receivable, and asset accounting. You will also handle order processing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers. Additionally, you will maintain strong communication with customers and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, tracking, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Perform revenue accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledger management, including asset accounting and import activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use MS Office tools to manage and analyze financial data, create reports, and maintain records.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with order processing and management systems.
